DEFINITION OF "SOFTWARE"
MarraLAB for Visual Studio, MarraLAB

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BrekIT. "SOFTWARE" refers to that identified above including the installation software, related components, user documentation and associated online content. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

1. FREEWARE
You have rights to use the SOFTWARE without charge.
You may not sell the SOFTWARE or distribute modified copies of the SOFTWARE in any way.
BrekIT will not monitor your use of the SOFTWARE.

2. DISTRIBUTION
You may make as many copies of the complete SOFTWARE as you wish. You may not distribute modified copies of the SOFTWARE. You may not distribute parts of the SOFTWARE or repackage any of its components in any form without prior written agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE.

NO WARRANTIES
BrekIT expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.
